These Muslin Bags are great for steeping hops during the boil in all grain beer brewing and for infusing hops during post fermentation dry hopping. Simply pop your hops in, tie a knot in the open end and drop it in your beer.
The Muslin Bags are great for straining fruit when making fruit and hedgerow country wines. You can also use them for infusing fruits, etc to make it easy to remove once you have added the flavour and colour you want in your wine.
This is for a pack of 10 Muslin Bags for brewing.
Muslin Bags are great for stretching over pans and all sorts of containers for straining!
Muslin bags should be sterilised before use. Ideally boil for 1 minute in sterilising solution, rinse in cold tap water.
Muslin bags can be reused - after use, empty, rinse with tap water to remove any hops or fruit, then boil for 1 minute in sterilising solution, rinse in cold tap water and hang to drip dry.
These bags may not be fine enough for cheese.
